About Us

The mission of the Chicago Association of Professionals is to build business leaders by fostering an environment for networking, teaching business skills to the next generation, promoting civic involvement, and supporting our members’ entrepreneurial efforts. We are a cross-industry group of working professionals that range in age – from those fresh out of college and starting a new career to seasoned veterans who run their own businesses, sit on boards of publicly traded companies, and serve as executives. The idea of CAP is to create an environment where all generations in Chicago’s professional workforce can come together and share ideas, learn, and ultimately, grow their careers. CAP sponsors monthly meetings as well as lunch events, happy hour gatherings, and an annual weekend workshop to geared towards business development.
